越嶺系列賽 - 大埔50

越嶺系列賽大埔50將於2023年12月16日舉行，賽事距離有21及48公里，總爬升分別約1050及2500米，組別有個人及雙人隊際。賽事路線環走新界東北群山一圈，主要圍繞八仙嶺郊野公園，沿途經過多條郊遊徑、古道、陡坡山徑和水塘。其中48公里路線登上足跡罕至，北區最高的紅花嶺，遠眺深圳邊境，俯瞰沙頭角海。後半段走進船灣淡水湖郊野公園，經過烏蛟騰新娘潭，上接連綿起伏的八仙嶺，最後下降到鶴藪水塘及沙羅洞返回終點。

Mountain Range Trail Series - Tai Po 50

December 10th is the big day, featuring a unique race route. It starts from Mui Wo and passes through Sunset Peak, Lantau Peak, Tai O, and reaches the finish line at Ngong Ping.

What should pay attention to? The route has a particularly challenging section starting from the 40th kilometer, where there will be a series of uphill sections all the way to the finish line, with an elevation gain from 86 meters to 450 meters.

Remember to pace yourself.

For runners who excel at uphill and incline running, this should be a significant advantage.

The North Face 100 Ultra Challenge 2023 (TNF 100 Ultra Trail Challenge) is making a triumphant comeback this December! Building on the momentum in March, TNF 100 Ultra Trail Challenge is set to take place from December 8 to 10 (Friday to Sunday). The event will feature the 50K race along with the return of the standard 100K race in the mountains. Additionally, a new 16K race has been added to the event, providing an opportunity for racers of all levels to conquer the mountains together.

Hong Kong 100 is an ultra endurance race that takes place in Hong Kong.  The 103km course starts in Pak Tam Chung on the Sai Kung Peninsula and covers some of the most beautiful scenery in Hong Kong, including remote and unspoilt beaches, ancient forests, nature trails, reservoirs and steep hills.  The course is based around Hong Kong's famous Maclehose Trail, but with some diversions to ensure that runners spend more time in its most scenic sections, as well as finishing with the descent from Hong Kong's highest peak (Tai Mo Shan).
