uHey Limited (“UHEY”, "us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.trailme.com.hk (the "Site"). This Personal Information Collection Statement informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal Information we receive from users of the Site and our mobile application TRAILME included into our provided Services.

UHEY is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Set out below is information that explains our practices about the way your personal data are collected and used.

Personal Data We Hold

Personal data held by UHEY include information such as your name, gender, email, phone numbers, device information and event registration data which were collected from you directly or provided by the event organizers.

We also held information such as event and course related information of your performance and location gathered during the usage of our services.

Location Information

We collect and process location information when you sign up for and use the Services. We do not track your device location while you are not using UHEY but in order to provide UHEY’s core Services, it is necessary for us to track your device location while you use UHEY. If you would like to stop the device location tracking, you may do so at any time by adjusting your device settings.

Purpose of Collection

UHEY may use the personal data held by us for the service of UHEY to you and any directly related purposes. UHEY may also use such personal data:

to open, maintain and terminate accounts
to offer and provide you and other users with our services
to respond to and follow up on your enquiries
to process subscriptions and billings
to provide you with event notifications and results via SMS, email or other electronic channels
to provide you with newsletters, event updates via SMS, email or other electronic channels when subscribed to this information
to conduct customer surveys
to conduct research and perform statistical analysis
to enable you to better understand your performance
to gain an understanding of your performance
to notify you of changes to our services that may affect you
to develop new products and services
to conduct direct marketing activities

Please note that you are required to provide your personal data, other than those items indicated as optional. In the absence of your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with services you require.

UHEY may, for any of the purposes stated above, transfer any of your personal data to the following third parties:

related UHEY companies, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies within the UHEY Group in Hong Kong;
service providers (including service providers outside Hong Kong) engaged by UHEY for any of the purposes stated above; and
entities (including entities outside Hong Kong) for conducting research and preparing statistics relating to any of the purposes stated above.

UHEY will disclose data when required to do so by law and may also disclose such data in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or other government and regulatory authorities.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have a right to request access to, and the correction or deletion of, your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
